What You'll Do
• Lead end-to-end workstreams on strategy, due diligence, market assessment, and transformation projects
• Conduct rigorous qualitative and quantitative analyses to inform actionable recommendations
• Manage and mentor junior consultants, ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with client teams and senior executives
• Synthesize insights into clear presentations and communicate them effectively
• Support business development efforts, proposals, and thought leadership
• Contribute to internal initiatives that strengthen the practice and firm culture
What We're Looking For
• 3-6+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or related analytical roles
• Strong background in TMT is preferred (but not required)
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, including comfort with complex data sets
• Proven ability to lead workstreams and manage teams
• Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS) a plus
